What personal data we collect

When you use the contact or quote forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, the type of project and budget range you select, the services you are interested in, and your message. If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we also receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
Our servers keep technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, so that we can keep the site secure and fix problems. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website.
What we store in your browser
We save your light or dark display preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This is not used to identify or track you, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss your project;
- send you confirmations and follow-ups that relate to your enquiry;

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project details for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide quotes and services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, as described below.

We use technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and access controls, to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you have the right to:

- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data, or to restrict or stop processing it, in the circumstances the law provides for;
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it; and
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you.

Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
